MACHINING:
With Machinability’s high-accuracy 5 meter long, 5-Sided milling machine, we can handle your big parts. Custom made fixtures, allow us to hit your tight tolerances.
If your parts are not quite that big, then our other smaller CNC machinery can handle it.
PAINTING (MANUAL AND ROBOTIC):
Subcontracting Prep and Painting Services Available:
- With our 44 foot long, by 16 feet wide, by 16 feet tall heated Cross Draft Pressurized Paint Booth (with 83°F Temperature Rise), Machinability can paint your parts and equipment.
- Coming Soon: an In-Booth Robotic Painting Slide will be added, to automate the process.
ASSEMBLY AND TESTING:
With 20,000 sq.ft of open manufacturing space, we can assemble and test large systems.
TOOLING AND FIXTURING DESIGN:
Are your tools and fixtures hindering, rather than helping your operators? Let us share our decades of experience in tooling and fixturing design and manufacturing. Specializing in welding fixturing design, we can also perform robot envelope studies for your own products. This is the best way to ensure your robot is capable of reaching all of the critical features of your component.
